this diet doesn’t work for me the way they say it, because i’m actually gaining wt on 5th, 6th , 7th day, that shouldn’t be the case right?i’m following the diet dito. thought at the end of 11 days i loose 5-6 pounds why am i gaining weight?

I actually had some of those issues, too in the very beginning, when I started. I couldn’t quite figure out why, so I experimented a bit and found that I had to drink at least 8 ounces of water a day, that was really hard for me. And Also I started walking every day for 30 minutes, even though I am really lazy, it really helped do the trick.
Just don’t give up, it will work, trust me.

That is fantastic. And yes, you can. I personally make it in a pan and use organic coconut oil. Best oil for cooking in general.
