Why am I writing this at all?

Well, at one point I was interested in trying out the 11 Day Diet Plan but I could not find a lot of real reviews around, just a couple of websites, that were selling the 11 Day Diet Plan. It didn’t seem that anybody actually tried it themselves.


I bought  the 11 day diet , tried it out and it worked pretty well for me. So I decided to write down my story for you in order to help you making an informed decision.

A little warning real quick, though before I start. I will not only tell you about the good points, but also about the bad points of the 11 Day Diet.


Before I stumbled upon the 11 Day Diet, I have tried out a whole bunch of weight loss products, since I was overweight for a long time and I really wanted to lose some weight, quite desperately.


I had failed with so many diets before, so it took me a while to research the 11 Day Diet, but since I liked, what I was reading, I decided to give it a try.

The eleven day diet is also know as calorie shifting diet and is designed to confuse your metabolism. You have to eat different amounts of calories every day and that forces your body to burn fat really fast.


In the members area you’ll find the 11 day diet forum, where you can communicate with others, who are doing  exactly the same thing, exchange recipes and tips and even make friends.

They offer meal plans, day by day menus, a fat burning calculator, done for you shopping lists and so much more…

Every 11 days, they’ll give you 3 days off and you can eat whatever you want to, during those 3 days.

If you need to lose more weight after that, you can start over with another 11 days followed by another 3 days off, until you have reached your desired weight.


What I really liked about the 11 Day Diet:


  • You can choose the foods you like and it’s easy to do especially for people on the go
  • You are allowed to eat 4 times a day, which eliminates the cravings
  • With the 11 Day Diet you get to have 3 days off every 11 days, sure loved that…
  • It is absolutely doable and safe for anybody
  • It’s cheap, since you buy your food at the local grocery store
  • No supplements or expensive meals to buy.
  • You can make it yourself, just the way you like it.
  • No counting calories
  • The 11 day diet plan is real easy to follow


What I did not like so much about the 11 Day Diet:



  • You should be doing  some light walking on a daily basis. I have to admit, that I am kind of lazy, so I reduced that to about 3 times per week. At first I was really sore, but it got better over time. The only reason I stuck with it is, because I really think its necessary.


  • Also at first I did not like their membership fee, which is to be paid monthly, but after I took the $4,95 Trial Membership for a month, I was simply hooked.

All in all, I can only say  that the 11 day diet did wonders for me, just take a look at the picture above.

I did lose 70lbs. in a little bit over 2 months and I never looked back…

11 day diet foodThe 11 Day Diet actually gives you 3 choices, depending on how fast you want to lose weight.

If you want to take it easy and need a lot of carbs in your diet, you should start out with their regular plan.

A lot faster is the second plan, where you will be using their online diet generator to speed up the weight loss process.

The third and fastest plan is called “Beyond Calories”, which is an add-on to the regular 11 day diet plan.

I have tried all 3 plans and have to say that with the Beyond Calories plan I was able to loose 2 additional pounds in 10 days!

Below are some sample 11 Day Diet Menu Plans, incl. one for Vegetarians.

Remember, that those menu’s were put together according to my personal favorite foods, it might look completely different depending on the foods of your choice.

This will speed up the process and also detox your body.

The 11 Day Diet Plan changes your calories daily. Every day your calories will be shifted to force fast weight loss.

With the help of the Online Diet Generator you don’t have to count your carbs anymore.

You can select your favorite foods and the diet generator will provide you with an 11 Day Diet Menu.

There are no Calorie limits, you are allowed to eat until you are satisfied.

You are allowed to eat 4 meals a day and you can switch around the order in which you eat those meals.

The following drinks are allowed on the 11 day diet system:

There are a couple of condiments allowed, f.e. ketchup or barbecue sauce to name a few.

The 11 Day Diet is exactly that, an 11 day diet plan, that you follow for 11 days straight.

Every 11 days you’ll get to have 3 cheat days, where you can eat whatever you want to.

The 11 day diet is a great alternative to other mainstream diets, such as a low fat or low calorie diet.

The main idea is to shift the type of calories that you eat on a daily basis.

You will be eating 4 meals a day with no restriction on the quantity of the food that you eat.

You will be following a menu that varies daily over an 11-day cycle.

How does the 11 day diet plan work?

When you follow a diet f.e. a low calorie diet, you will lose a good amount of weight initially, but over time, your rate of weight loss decreases.
