as I have mentioned in an earlier post, there are a couple of different choices, that you have once you have decided on giving the 11 Day Diet a try.

Below you will find my uncensored review on those diet plans, that I am familiar with, since I have tried them myself.

Why am I writing this at all?

Well, when I was thinking about buying the 11 Day Diet Plan, there weren’t many real reviews around, just some websites from people, who obviously wanted to sell the plan, but never even tried it.

I did try and succeed with the 11 day diet and I decided to write this review quickly to help any of you, who are in the same position I was.

But be warned I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.

After trying out countless weight loss products, because I’ve been overweight for the longest time and I desperately wanted to loose some weight, I accidently came across the 11 day idiot proof diet.

After a couple of days of online research, I decided to give it a try.

The eleven day diet aka calorie shifting diet is based on the fact, that you will eat different amounts of calories each day to confuse your metabolism, which forces your body to burn fat faster.

With the help of the 11 day diet generator in the members area you can choose your favorite foods and it will then generate your 11 day menu plan.

After 11 days, you get to have 3 cheat days, where you can eat whatever you want to.

Then, if you need to lose more weight, you’ll start over with another 11 days and so on, until you have your desired weight.

I really liked….

  • The EASY and PRACTICAL food choices, for people on the go 
  • That you can eat 4 times a day until you are satisified, no food cravings here
  • The 11 Day Diet plan gives you 3 “cheat days” every 11 days, where you can eat any food your heart desires.
  • It is safe and natural for anyone.
  • You buy your own food, so it doesn’t rip a hole in your budget.
  • No expensive pre-packed foods and supplements to buy.
  • Preparation is easy, you can do it any way you want.
  • Their diet generator counts the calories for you.
  • It’s affordable to buy, no monthly fee, but unlimited access to their online diet generator.
  • The diet plan is easy to understand and easy to follow.

What I did not like so much..

-

  • They require you to do some light walking every day. Here I did have my issues with, so I only walked 2-3 times a week.  I was really sore in the beginning, but after a while I got used to it. Still don’t like it all that much, but it really helped to speed up the dieting process
  • Every once in a while their Diet Generator gives you some weird choices like eating some cheese together with sour cream. That annoyed me in the beginning quite a bit, but over time I learned, how to overrule the menu plan with something, that actually made sense.

Despite those 2 drawbacks, I have to say, that this diet worked really well for me as you can see in the picture above.

I have lost 75lbs. in just 2 months and I love it..

Since I had also bought the add-on they offer, which is called Beyond Calories, I tried that one, too.

I had already made some progress , but really wanted to give it a boost.

With Beyond Calories you are allowed to eat up to 6 times a day and you have a lot more food choices.

It’s pretty much an accelerated version of Calorie Shifting, which you’ll do for 10 days instead of 11 days and

WOW!! I lost 2lbs. more in 10 days, than I had lost my first 11 days.

Now that’s what I really loved, a lot!!

Meanwhile, there is another website and they are basicly offering the same thing.

Main difference is, that they have a TRIAL Version for 1 Month for merely $4.95.

It’s a membership site, so after the initial first month, they’ll charge you $19.95 for each month you’ll stay on as a member.

They have a community support forum, where you can communicate with other diet club members, which is a neat thing, really.

11 Day Diet Menu Samples

11 day diet foodThe 11 Day Diet actually gives you 3 choices, depending on how fast you want to lose weight.

If you wan to take it easy and need a lot of carbs in your diet, you should start out with their regular plan.

A lot faster is the second plan, where you will be using their online diet generator to speed up the weight loss process.

The third and fastest plan is called “Beyond Calories”, which is an add-on to the regular 11 day diet plan.

I have tried all 3 plans and have to say that with the Beyond Calories plan I was able to loose 2 additional pounds in 10 days!

Below are some sample 11 Day Diet Menu Plans, incl. one for Vegetarians.

Remember, that those menu’s were put together according to my personal favorite foods, it might look completely different depending on the foods of your choice.

  • 1 Deli meat sandwich (2 slices of bread, deli meat and lettuce, tomatoes and onions optional)
  • for the rest of the day you can eat fresh fruit only

This will speed up the process and also detox your body.

Day 3

  • Tuna Salad Plate
  • Cheese
Meal #3:
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Banana milk shake
Meal #4:
  • Bacon Strips

11 day diet - eat meHere are some general rules for the 11 Day Diet.

I will also post some sample Meal Plans incl. Meal Plans for Vegetarians.

The 11 Day Diet Plan changes your calories daily. Every day your calories will be shifted to force fast weight loss.

With the help of the Online Diet Generator you don’t have to count your carbs anymore.

You can select your favorite foods and the diet generator will provide you with an 11 Day Diet Menu.

There are no Calorie limits, you are allowed to eat until you are satisfied.

You are allowed to eat 4 meals a day and you can switch around the order in which you eat those meals.

The following drinks are allowed on the 11 day diet system:
  • Diet Sodas
  • Coffee
  • Tea
  • Water
There are a couple of condiments allowed, f.e. ketchup or barbecue sauce to name a few.
  • Drinking a lot of water is mandatory, as it speeds up the weight loss process.
  • You are allowed to drink one glass of wine every day.
  • After every 11 days, you get to have 3 cheat days, where you can eat whatever your heart desires.
  • The only rule is, to not stuff yourself. Even junk food is allowed in those 3 days.
  • After that, you’ll start over with another 11 days.

As you can see, the 11 Day Diet is easy to stick with, since you can actually eat a lot and won’t be  hungry at all.

11 day dietWhat is the 11 Day Diet?

The 11 Day Diet is exactly that, a diet plan, that you follow for 11 days straight.

Every 11 days you’ll get to have 3 cheat days, where you can eat whatever you want to.

It is a great alternative to other mainstream diets, such as a low fat or low calorie diet.

The main idea is to shift the type of calories that you eat on a daily basis.

You will be eating 4 meals a day with no restriction on the quantity of the food that you eat.

You will be following a menu that varies daily over an 11-day cycle.

How does the 11 day diet plan work?

When you follow a diet f.e. a low calorie diet, you will lose a good amount of weight initially, but over time, your rate of weight loss decreases.

It happens once your body has adjusted to getting less food, therefor it goes into “starvation” mode and your metabolism automatically slows down to compensate for the reduction of food.

So even though you are eating less food, your body will consume the food at a more inefficient rate, thus slowing down the rate at which your calories are burned.

With the Eleven Day Diet however, you will trigger a metabolic response in your body by shifting the calories around and eat different kind of foods at different times of the day, changing daily.

What is the main difference between the 11 Day Diet System and  Low Carb Diets?

Most people lose their motivation, because they feel deprived.

Almost everyone including me find it very difficult to follow this type of diet for an extensive period of time since it involves fighting your cravings for carbohydrate foods.

With the 11 day idiot proof diet you will be eating 4 meals a day, and you will be eating as much as you want until you are satisfied.

You will be eating something from all four major food groups on a rotational basis every day in 11-day cycles.

Also the 3 day’s off will help you to feel a lot more motivated to stick with the 11 Day Diet.

Calorie shifting meanwhile grew to more than just a theory.

It is a bona fide diet that comes with a structured meal plan.
